1) What is the duration of the party?
We recommend a minimum of 3 hours.
2) How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our form above.
3) When should I confirm the booking with you?
You are advised to make the booking as soon as possible to secure your dates.
4) Is my booking confirmed after I completed the form online?
No, your booking will only be confirmed after a deposit has been made and a booking confirmation has been sent to you.
5) How do I make the payment for the booking, and is it refundable?
Payment details will be sent upon booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
6) When do I have to pay the remaining amount of the package?
You may pay the remaining amount on the day of the party.
7) Is a birthday cake included in the package?
Birthday cake is included only in the Kids Party and Dessert packages. However, you may bring in your own birthday cake. Please take note that Kith will not be held liable for any illness caused by or related to outside food consumed in Kith.
8) Am I allowed to cater food from outside?
Catered food is not allowed. Should you have any special request (e.g: Vegetarian required, Halal required, etc.), kindly speak to our events team for further assistance.
9) Can I bring in an entertainer / photobooth / my own decorations and balloons for the event?
Yes, you may, however do let us know what you have in mind and we can source it for you.
10) Does the package include food for kids and adults?
No, the party package includes food for kids only. Adult menu items are to be ordered separately.
11) Is your food halal certified?
The food provided is not halal certified. Should you require, please consult our events team for alternative halal catering options before booking your party. Do note that additional charges may apply.
12) Can we use the private room after our 1 hour of usage is up?
Any extension of usage would incur a cost of $49.95++ per room, per hour. Subject to availability.
13) Is there GST and service charge?
Yes, all our party packages are subjected to prevailing GST and 10% service charge.
14) What is in the gift bags?
The gift bags include a Kith kids cap, a kids pen kit, sticker sheet and a packet of Magical sea salt chocolate cookies.
