1) What is the duration of the party?
We recommend a minimum of 3 hours.
2) How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our form above.
3) When should I confirm the booking with you?
You are advised to make the booking as soon as possible to secure your dates.
4) Is my booking confirmed after I completed the form online?
No, your booking will only be confirmed after a deposit has been made and a booking confirmation has been sent to you.
5) How do I make the payment for the booking, and is it refundable?
Payment details will be sent upon booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
6) Am I allowed to cater food from outside?
Catered food is not allowed. Should you have any special request (e.g: Vegetarian required, Halal required, etc.), kindly speak to our events team for further assistance.
7) Is your food halal certified?
The food provided is not halal certified. Should you require, please consult our events team for alternative halal catering options before booking your party. Do note that additional charges may apply.
8) Can we use the meeting room after our 1 hour of usage is up?
Any extension of usage would incur a cost of $49.95++ per room, per hour. Subject to availability.
9) Is there GST and service charge?
Yes, all our party packages are subjected to prevailing GST and 10% service charge.
10) What do the meeting room bookings come with?
We provide (upon request) TV & HDMI cable, flipchart, markers, paper, pens, post-its
